DustRam LLC understands that contractors, remodelers, handymen, installers and others are not always set up to “dive right in” and purchase a large dust free tile removal system.

For those of you who want an awesome piece of equipment to help in your everyday tasks of removing tile, we have developed 2 different versions of the DustRam®.  One is a very robust and lightweight version using a very strong Nylon DustRam® material on a Bosch 11264 EVS Chipping Hammer and the other is the super-strong Metal DustRam® shown here on this page.

The weight of this Metal DustRam is about 10 pounds, which dramatically helps the speed for removal of thicker materials.  By applying more weight over the tile chisel area, a more solid impact from the chipping hammer is possible.  This results in increased production and efficiency.  Because of the metal nature of this device, this is well suited for prying heavy pieces of material ONCE the material has been broke free.  DO NOT twist or pry unless the material is already loose!

Below is a quick instructional video on how to efficiently mount a Metal DustRam® to a Bosch® 11264EVS chipping hammer in about 1 minute and 10 seconds.  Please note the Metal DustRam is torqued to 45 foot-pounds!  Be sure to use a quality torque wrench.

Below is an in-depth compilation video of the Metal DustRam® performing very technically and difficult tasks, such as removing Slate, Flagstone, Shower Pans & Curbs, Saltillo, Channeling Concrete and other types of unique tasks.  For all you contractors who are really interested in what the Metal DustRam® is capable of, this video has dozens and dozens of short clips; altogether this video is about 17 minutes long, so full screen it and enjoy!

Below is an instructional video pertaining to the removal and replacement of the DustRam® Collars.  Please note that when installing the shoulder bolt to be sure you do not overtighten.

To purchase a Nylon DustRam® will require the purchaser to complete an NDA prior to the sale or shipment of equipment.

Please note, you will need to have a vacuum hose with a 2-inch cuff to use either a Nylon or Metal DustRam®.
