DustRam Dust Free Tile Removal Tools

DustRam® Dust Free Tile Removal Videos

These videos are all from DustRam®, the only patented dust-free tile removal system of tools created by Jack King of Arizona Home Floors in Tempe, Arizona. The DustRam® System is not just one component, it consists of multiple pieces of equipment. For more information on purchasing either a Nylon DustRam® or a system for your business, please contact us by completing our Discovery Form.

Take a Look at Our Dustless Tile Removal Equipment

DustRam® Tools

In this video you will see MaryAnne from our crew, working on a small kitchen pantry and removing tile dust-free. See how DustRam® compares to the Dust Commander when used on the same tile removal job. With our system, tile removal is better, faster, and cleaner. No other system is as efficient and precise as DustRam® —

See how our team one of our demolition experts removes both tile and thinset in the pantry while there are still food items present, and doing so without plastic sheeting. The food in the pantry is never exposed to dust created during the tile removal. This is why DustRam® is the superior choice.

In the following video, we are using the specially designed DustRam® equipment to not only remove thin-set but also grind and scarify it which inevitably helps with better floor bonding once you lay your new flooring. In a traditional tile removal or virtually dust-free tile removal, the subfloor is not prepared as well as it is with DustRam®

We leave your subfloor significantly smoother, flatter, and cleaner.

A past DustRam® customer provides a review of our services. Our team worked on her dustless tile removal in her Scottsdale home. Our team removed old Saltillo tile in her home. She was hesitant on removing the tile because of the typical dusty mess from traditional and virtually dust-free methods. However, after doing a bit of research, she came across DustRam® and hired us for the job after inquiring about our clean process. She was pleased with the quality of work and service provided by the DustRam® team.

Learn About The Dangers of Crystalline Silica Dust

Why is tile dust dangerous

This project required our team to remove marble tile – which was a 2-day job. Notice how smooth and flat the concrete is after we remove the marble. Our services are top-rated and we use the highest-quality equipment in the nation. With 24 US patents on tools and equipment — and counting, DustRam® is truly unparalleled.

Need tile removed in a small closet or tight area? No problem! DustRam® can tackle the job effortlessly! In the following video, you will see one of our demolition guys remove the tile floor in exactly 1 minute and 45 seconds. Talk about fast! This is a truly dustless tile removal service using only the best equipment out on the market.

Our team took on a project where some tiles were hallowed and some were not. When the tile chisel encounters these types of conditions simultaneously progress can be slowed in those areas.

You will notice the DustCuff begin to get clogged in the corner air intake port. The HHDA creates a higher than the normal center of balance because the chipping hammer can only be mounted upside down. This makes it that much harder to control the operator.

FAQs

In this video, you will see our team remove the carpet tack strip using the Nylon DustRam®

This was an easy and fast job. For more information about our carpet, tack strip, or tile removal services, contact DustRam® the leader of dustless tile removal in the United States!

The DustRam® PulseRam® is our self-cleaning vacuum. In this video, we will compare the pro-311 black hood that covers the motor. It has thin skin and it moves quite easily. The PulseRam® shroud has a sound deadly chamber that traps more noise. The thickness of the skin is in the 150,000’s versus the Pro311 that is in the 100,000’s.

The quality of the PulseRam® is superior to the Pro311*

The following video shows how the SkiRam® acts as a supporting base to allow the Bosch 11264EVS Chipping Hammer to stand up when not in use.

In this video, you will find examples of damage and silica dust contamination from the use of ride-on floor scraper machines.

While great for large open areas such as empty warehouses, they are not typically a good option for occupied homes or businesses with nice belongings or contents.
