The ChipRam® is designed to block most flying chips and debris when removing the tile and other types of flooring.
The ChipRam®, which connects to the DustRam® protects the operator and surrounding area by preventing most chips and debris from flying during the demolition. It is just one of the many products we carry for dustless tile removal.
The ChipRam® allows the crew member to get closer to cupboards or walls with the ability to flip up or lock upright to move it out of the way, as necessary.
It is also advantageous attached to the DustRam® when the operator is using the ExoRam® as the ChipRam® blocks most flying debris since their hand will not reach to cover the chipping hammer as they can when kneeling.
The DustRam® System for dust free tile and flooring removal has several moving parts; all created with a design to be easy to use, beneficial to the operator and home or business owner, and ultimately to capture all dust created before it becomes airborne. DustRam® products are available for purchase as a complete system with smaller packages available or with individual pieces for those just starting the dustless tile removal process.

The starting component of the system would be either the Metal DustRam® or Nylon DustRam® chipping hammer attached to a Bosch® 11264EVS chipping hammer. When the DustRam® is connected to an automatic self-cleaning 250+ CFM vacuum with 2” hose (such as the PulseRam®) provides complete dustless elimination for all flooring removal—ceramic, slate, Saltillo, hardwood, etc.–or other demolition.
Then there is the SkiRam®, which keeps the hammer standing upright and the cord safely tucked away, thereby protecting from the debris common to a remodel. The SkiRam® adds longevity to the life of the equipment.
The ExoRam® adds to the mobility of the operator by giving them an option to stand-up with multiple adjustable settings and a pivoting knee/shin platform for ease of use, no matter the height of the crew member. ExoRam® increases productivity and operator comfort so they can conveniently stand or kneel as the job requires.
